Mullison has been refurbishing and giving away fishing poles to local youngsters since 1968, and Pflughoeft received his 200th pole â” along with some extra gear in honor of the occasion â” on Saturday. Every so often, he sets up shop in his driveway on Ram Avenue â” by simply signing a notebook Mullison keeps on a card table, a child or youth can take home a good-as-new pole complete with reel and line.
